WEDNESDAY : Fish/Veggie Fingers, potato and veggies (as per Amy’s request)
THURSDAY : Mexi-bean Spuds
FRIDAY : Freezer (need to empty out)
SATURDAY : Homemade Pizza
SUNDAY: From Freezer or cheese on toast

i usually make dessert right after i finish dinner - it’s usually something simple enough that it doesn’t take too long. i made the mashed banana dessert tonight - it’s just mashed banana with a little bit of yogurt topped with whipped cream and cinnamon (and maybe some honey). soo good!
by the way your menu looks so good, especially the sweet potato rissoto. hope it turns out well!
