Another week, another menu. This week I’ve recommitted to the Body For Life program so lots of clean, healthy foods for me.
Oh, and the Mexibake from Planning with Kids was DEVINE!!!! Definitely making this again. So easy and so yummy. It does make a LOT though so next time I’m going to half the reciepe.
MONDAY: Tofu and Brown Rice (for me), Leftovers for Kevin, from freezer for Amy
TUESDAY: Taco Pasta Salad (new receipe)
WEDNESDAY: Zucchini Slice
THURSDAY: Mexi-bean Burritos
FRIDAY: Veggie Curry with basmati rice
SATURDAY: Out for Christy’s party
SUNDAY: Cheese on Toast or from freezer
