I always forget that it’s winter in Australia right now.

I totally know how it feels to NOT want to go to the gym but once you get there and work out you feel great afterwords and it motivates you to make healthy food choices as well.

Sounds like you’ve got Amy moving in the right direction, it sounds like you are both feeling good about the WW program, that’s great!
