Dinner : Out for Kevin’s birthday. I ate about a 1/3 of this veggie dish with black pepper and pineapples and some boiled rice.
I also had a piece of cake later with a cup of tea

Breakfast :Omelette as seen in video – tasted much better than it looked

Dinner- tried a new recipe. Was quite nice but I won’t be making it again.
I had a protein shake (made with water) post workout and this fruit later on for breakfast.
Lunch was a salad with a boiled egg and a cape seed roll.
Dinner brown rice with Taco TVP and a dob of sour cream.

Dinner was red lentil bolognase on brown rice – but I was so hungry I forgot to get a photo.
….at least for shorter videos.
