This week (and next) we’ll be eating a lot from the freezer in an effort to use things up. I’ve also got the girls dance viewings Monday and Thursday nights so won’t have time to cook.
MONDAY : Zucchini Slice (from freezer)
TUESDAY : Tofu & Veg Chow Mein
WEDNESDAY : Lentil Bolognase (from freezer) on baked potato
THURSDAY : Tomato Rice Bake (from freezer)
FRIDAY : Potato Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce
SATURDAY : Out or takeaway (Christy has a party from 5.30 – 7.30pm)
SUNDAY : Leftovers/Freezer
