Trying to use up what I already have on hand so another pretty easy week. Also moved 2 meals from last week to this week.
MONDAY: Veggie Fingers (fish for Amy) , leftover rissoni
TUESDAY : Veggie Roast, broccoli, cauliflower, sauted mushrooms
WEDNESDAY : Bean Patties in homemade tortillas (making for very first time)
THURSDAY : Taco pie (using some tortillas from Wed) – new recipe
FRIDAY : Veggie curry with basmati rice
SATURDAY : Home-made pizza
SUNDAY : Leftovers or cheese on toast
