Last weeks plan went pretty well. I think we had all planned meals except the zucchini slice. On Sat. night we had leftover chinese and pizza for lunch on Sunday.
MONDAY: Fish/veggie roast, mashed potato, cauli, brocolli, carrot (Amy’s request)
TUESDAY: Rice and Lentil Pilaf (Amy to help)
WEDNESDAY: Vegetable Frittata (New recipe, Christy to help)
THURSDAY : Pumpkin Cannelloni (from freezer)
FRIDAY: Soy Sausage Hotpot (new recipe)
SATURDAY : Nachos (will be at a wedding most of day)
SUNDAY: Leftovers (friends over for lunch)
