Well, I’m still away on vacation but will be home probably this evening (if not tomorrow morning) so I thought I’d better do my menu plan. After a week of incredibly easy/lazy meals I’m looking forward to getting back in the kitchen. Keeping in mind the girls are still on school holidays I’ll be keeping meals simple (as though they are ever anything else). We’re also heading to Canberra on Thurs/Fri with Mum & Dad but I’ll take dinner with us that we can heat up in our apartment.
MONDAY : From freezer
TUESDAY: TVP San Choy Boy (using box mix)
WEDNESDAY:Lentil, carrot & Cumin Loaf (new recipe)
THURSDAY: Pumpkin Cannelloni (I think)
FRIDAY : Potato Gnocci with bottled tomate sauce
SATURDAY: Marinated tofu salad (new recipe)
SUNDAY: Mushroom Quesidillas
