Last weeks plan went pretty good. Amy made wedges (instead of potato skins) and they were SOOOO yummy. I also made zuchinni and corn fritters instead of zucchini slice. We didn’t end up going out on Friday night so had some Cheesy Potato Chowder, which we also had last night.
This week is a short one as we head for 10 nights on the Gold Coast on Saturday morning, and I’m trying to use up as much as possible from the fridge (and not do a grocery shop this week). We will have a kitchen and be having most of dinners in – but I won’t be planning in advance.
MONDAY: Cheesy Tomato Rice Bake (from packet mix)
TUESDAY: TVP Mini meatloaves & mashed potatoes (made by Amy
WEDNESDAY: Cheesy Cauliflower & veggie fingers (from freezer)
THURSDAY: Zucchini Slice (zucchini from our garden, eggs from our chickens)
FRIDAY: Leftovers or from freezer
