A Christmas Giveaway

Thanks so much for the wonderful comments on my last post. I already have a lot of family holiday traditions and think maybe I’m just putting unrealistic expectations on how I should be feeling – thinking I should be excited, whereas it’s probably fine to just be looking forward to the season. It’s very relaxed for us this year with not a lot going, which is a big change from previous years. So I’m just going to go with the flow and enjoy the time with family and friends, not keep on trying to find my Christmas spirit.

And what better a way to start than with a Christmas giveaway for Eric Dodges A Christmas Wish CD. It’s a lovely CD which I’m listening to right now.

I’ll do the draw on Friday. Please leave a comment – If you’d like you can share your favourite thing about Christmas. Everyone can enter the draw. Good luck!

  1. Hi Libby Glad you are relaxed after your holiday sometimes the quiet christmases are the best with not a lot of running around. Just family and friends to enjoy it with.
    Take care
    Debbie

  2. I’d love to enter your Giveaway….thanks for the opportunity.

I think there’s a lot of people who haven’t got into the Christmas spirit yet, so much to do and time is running out….I don’t know about you but I think the whole Christmas thing seems to get harder each year!! The most important thing is that you have your family around you.

  3. I’m so pleased for you Libby. 🙂 And I LOVE Christmas music. Could be it’s my most favourite part of Christmas really. Although the kids have played the High 5 one to death this year and even I’m getting sick of it!!!

BUT, my most favourite thing is the way it brings out the best in people. The focus on peace, love, happiness, giving. I know it doesn’t always bring out the best in people but overall I’d like to think it does (things like the Wishing Trees and gifts for those living in poverty etc as well).

  4. If Americans can enter count me in!

I enjoy holiday music for sure. I think my favorite part of the holidays is HOLIDAY TREATS! (Surprise, surprise!) There’s just something about frosted sugar cookies in the shape of pine trees and stockings that screams Christmas to me! 😉 Maybe that’s what we should do today!
