Decorating for Easter

Well, Easter seems to be sneaking up on us. We’ll be going away with the Powells (staying in Nan & Pop’s van) like we did last year, but I still like to do a bit of decorating.

I just love my chicken candles. Aren’t they so cute?

This cute fella had to be moved as Rosie has taken a real liking to him…

I haven’t bought anything new this year and I decluttered the decorations as I got them out.

While I like decorating for fall and Halloween the best, I would have to say that Easter is one of my favorites, too. Maybe it’s the pretty colors after a winter of drab, and the promise of spring with summertime close on it’s heels. I guess your Easter finds you preparing for fall and winter? Anyway, Happy Easter!

I have a sideboard that I always decorate. I do Christamas (of course) , Valentines, Easter and lately Halloween. I must get started as your decorating looks fab. I’ll just have to remember where I put the decorations. We also like to make some ourselves each year.

I am normally more prepared but this year is going so fast and it seems like Valentines Day was only just here and today is St Patricks Day – so hard to believe Easter is almost here already!! I really should get my decorations out this weekend and decorate!!!

I do love Easter and all its traditions and activities!!!
