What you might ask?
For the last few weeks it’s been telling me I have gained weight. Quite a few clothes that fit me on return from our UK trip no longer fit. Today I went through and removed everything that is too tight and moved them through to Christy’s wardrobe (she had space). They are shown in the above photo. Not good is it?
Doing this has motivated to get my eating back in control so I can get back into these clothes – especially since some of my fav. Summer clothes are in this collection.
sadly, I have a similar thing going on in my wardrobe 🙁
Libby, I have always thought you ate very wisely, being a vegetarian and choosing organic over processed. And while you may feel a little disgruntled that some of your favorite clothes no longer fit, I know you must be healthy on the inside….probably much healthier than I! While I have always had trouble keeping weight on, my cholesterol is through the roof and I take meds for it now. Bear in mind, too, that as we age, our weight shifts from different areas of our body because our metabolism changes and our clothes fit differently because of it. I think you look great…now go out and shop for something new! Liz
I am getting back into this week as I have had a bad week and not eaten properly and not exercised at all.
Ugh snug clothes are always sign you can’t ignore. Totally been there, but think of it as an early warning indicator before things get totally out of control! That’s how I look at it!
hey lib, my first reaction to your question was that you love the colour blue !!!! lol 🙂 have you had a chance to read tosca’s book? i’m tossing up whether to get it or can i get the same type of info just researching on the net? Amanda xx
Yep. I’m in the same boat. I am even thinking about rejoining Curves – they have a special on at the moment. And believe me I HATE the gym. I thought your clothes were going to tell you that you love blue as most of your clothes seem to be in that colour. LOL. I don’t think this weather is helping things either. Where is Summer??????
Been there done that…and now doing that too…I CAN’T WAIT to get back into my “tight” clothes 🙂 Some of them don’t even go up past my knees right now :((
You can do it Libby!!! I am just catching up…..your Halloween party looks awesome!! Looks like a really fun time for all!! and I loved the doggie costumes too!
Hi Libby, Thanks for dropping by my blog – I don’t blog any more – not sure if I will again, but I do post all my news and pictures on FB each day….if you ever feel like dropping by there or staying in touch via FB then you can add me any time. My Name on Face book is Jane Fernandez.
It was good to hear from you. I’m not sure if you know, but sadly we lost one of our goldens this Summer. Amber died. I was heart broken – still am 🙁
Anyway. Hope you are well.
Best wishes
Jane
