More cold, wet weather. What is it with this Summer? Unfortunately it’s supposed to be like this throughout. As you’ll see from the number of photos it was a crazily busy week, with 3 days spent at the school doing uniform shop orders, and a rather busy weekend.
It was the week Mum & I received some flowers as a thankyou from the school….
I also received a package from Briget, one of my readers to went on the same Baltic cruise we did….
and another package from Kasumi, our Japanese exchange student…
It was the week we got dressed up for Kevin’s work party…. (unfortunately with Amy’s bad eye sight we only seem to get blurry photos from her these days)….
where we enjoyed lots of yummy food….
It was the week of an invitation to see Amy receive an award at school…for geography….
It was the week I found this drawing Christy had done of the Fantastic Mr Fox…one her favourite movies…
and I received my renewal membership card for Animals Australia…
It was the week I posted our Christmas cards…
and found this in Christy’s bedroom….
It was week of some odd sightings…Kevin cleaning the pool area….
and the cars….
It was the week of dental check-ups for the girls…
and a lovely Christmas hamper from my cousin, Chris and his wife Mel….
It was the week of another cousin, Leigh’s, engagement party to Leesa….
where we the spent the afternoon/evening catching up with family…. and freezing in the odd Summer weather. We understood why we were so cold when we went back the car at 9pm and it said it was 13 deg!!!
It was the week of handsome puppies….
beautiful sunrises… which made me miss my early morning walks…
and a few glimpses of what Summer should be like…
It was also the week the girls finished school, we had a start of summer holidays party, and a pre Christmas Eve Party.
