  1. Thank you so much Libby for taking the time and effort to make these two videos. I very much appreciate it 🙂 I watched them as i was unpacking the shopping. I had very limited time when I was over in our neighbouring town this afternoon to look too much through the supermarket, but I did find two Quorn products near the limited gluten-free. Unfortunately they are going to be no good for us. I don’t know if all Quorn products are like it or only the two I saw, but they contained wheat and barley 🙁 As Megan has Coeliac Disease and deadly peanut allegry, it is going to make things a little more tricky i think to find products that are vegetarian/gluten free/nut free! Soy allergy was also a problem in the past, not deadly like the peanuts, but an allergy all the same. Although i think she has more or less outgrown that one. You have given me lots of ideas to go with, so i have a great start. I can think of a few questions already, but as we have a busy weekend coming up, i will email you early next week if that is okay. Thanks again and have a lovely weekend.

  2. Great videos Libby. The BEST coconut water I’ve ever had was in Jamaica fresh out of the young coconut. Get some when you are in the Caribbean. Not sure if you are doing east or west Caribbean. Make sure it is ice cold and enjoy. It’s wonderful on a hot day.
