I did film a grocery haul but it’s not up yet – I’ll include it here once it is. In the meantime here is a sneak peak.
Breakfast was mostly green smoothies, but I did have a cheese & pineapple jaffle one morning.
Two lunches were a break from my normal salad and featured this cheese, egg, lettuce & tomato sandwich, which you might recall I had in Bangkok airport.
Dinner this week included takeaway Vegetarian Noodle soup….
A southern Quorn burger with veggies…
Pumpkin Cannelloni with veggies….
Lentil soup with some turkish bread…
And a cheese, mushroom & onion quesadilla…
Treats included some pikelets (made with Stevia instead of sugar) with jam & cream…
And a special lunch for our puppy party….
I’m just wondering if you guys like these Foodie Friday posts? I’m happy to do them but don’t get a lot of comments on them so though perhaps people aren’t interested. Please let me know if you like them, don’t like them or don’t care? I can always just go back to posting some favourite recipes…
Oh Libby, I just love these posts, they make me wish I had more exciting meals! I have been meaning to make your Lentil Soup forever and now I want to add that cheese, egg, lettuce and tomato sandwich to the list. I would love it if you kept doing these posts!
I enjoy all of your blogs Libby, I am just a lazy commenter x
I really enjoy your foodie posts, because it inspires me to eat better. Also, I love seeing the different food packaging and food items that we don’t have here in the USA.
You make everything look delicious!
