Let me start by saying my diet hasn’t been the best over the last two weeks. Once I started eating more sugar, things spiraled out of control quite quickly. So on Sunday it’s back to sugar free for me.
With the cold weather I’ve gone off having a green smoothie for breakfast, and with eating sugar again my food cravings have been all over the place. Breakfast did include some green smoothies.
I also enjoyed some corn thins with hummus and cheese.
cheese and hummus quesadillas.
cheese and pineapple jaffles.
a provencial quiche when out for breakfast at Bondi.
a hearty breakfast of baked beans, scrambled eggs and mushrooms.
and for a very special (and naughty) treat… an ice chocolate (first one in well over a month!).
Lunch included many of the usual salads.
a couple of wraps.
A vegetarian patty wrap from Subway.
A vegetarian pie from Pie Face.
A cheese & salad roll.
and Minestrone Soup with a side of cheese on Turkish bread.
Dinners included takeaway Vegetarian Noodle soup.
Frozen pizza – which really wasn’t too nice.
Domino’s pizza – which was much nicer.
Pasta with a tomato sauce.
A very lazy meal of a quorn sausage roll, pommes and corn.
Tacos.
Homemade Shepherds Pie… which tasted much better than it looked.
A Mexican burrito.
Homemade mac ‘n’ cheese – Kevin doesn’t like it so we had it while he’s away.
Quorn fillet and veggies. There has definitely been a lack of green veggies at dinner :-(.
Baking included banana & choc chip muffins.
Cupcakes by Amy – to celebrate her favourite YouTubers birthday. She took these to school to share with her friends.
And a brownie made by Christy for her student teacher.
Can you please tell me where you got your Aboriginal Tablecloth from…..I just love it & have never seen one anywhere.
Love your blog….
Hi Libby,
I was wondering what pommes is? Is it some sort of bread? I don’t think I’ve ever seen it before. Andy, I enjoyed your blog today. It makes me hungry! Lol
Carla
Your food looks amazing. You eat such a wonderful variety of food. You must be the healthiest person I know.
Amazing Phil? Hahaa that made me laugh because I went to uni with him, we were on the same course and are facebook friends. What a small world! x
Hi Libby
Hope this finds you well. Have just been catching up with your YouTube vlogs after being away. So glad you had a memorable trip to Germany. You are right about Scotland. I have to try and make it back there one day. Love, love, love it 🙂
