Day 6 started with some washing. I then headed out on another walk, but this time in the other direction.
I went up these stairs….
and got to enjoy this view of the park. In all the years we’ve come here I don’t recall EVER coming up this side.
So glad I made the effort.
On the other side of the headland is the Little Blowhole, and luckily for me it was actually blowing.
I kept on stopping to take photos and video because it was all just so gorgeous.
After my delightful walk, I drove into Kiama to do a spot of shopping. I got to check out the organic shop and loved that you could buy things from the bulk bins.
I also discovered this lovely gift shop, but I was good and didn’t buy anything.
I had to pick up some groceries and got REAL excited when I found a bag of baby kale!!!
While I was gone the girls had been doing some craft.
For lunch I made Amy & I a yummy salad.
And was visited by some ducks.
One of whom decided to have a rest on Christy’s boogie board!
Later in the day I took Christy down to the beach where she swam and had a play in the sand…
before another visit to the pool….
what a gorgeous place!! And it looks like you had perfect weather too!
Love the blowholes at Kiama. We have friends live there now – a good excuse for a visit 😉
