It was the week of lovely weekday walks….

before a wet, wild and crazy weekend…..see how full the pool is?

It was the week we visited another potential high school for Christy (as you can see we go back again tonight for the info night)….

and it was the week I cleaned our bathroom from top to toe and reorganised my makeup brushes….

It was the week I drove up to Sydney for a girls day out with Leanne. Sunny on the way up….

 

Rainy on the way back….

We saw Safe Haven, which we both really enjoyed, had lunch out and did a bit of shopping. Bed, Bath & Beyond have their Easter display but I was very good and only bought a few things (until I check exactly what I already have)….

We also marvelled at all the Doctor Who stuff in the ABC Shop …. Amy would want to buy everything…

It was the week Kevin wanted to visit the Max Brennar Chocolate Bar….

Not the best for a girl trying to be sugar free but I did enjoy the fondue I shared with Amy…

and look….I need not worry…. Chocolate is a healthy addiction 🙂

It was the week I got this gorgeous new table runner from Big W….

and these colourful placemats and chopsticks from Target…

 

and it was the week I found a new teapot… perfect colour and perfect size….

And it was the week of the pups making themselves VERY comfortable for their snooze time….

 

He was actually asleep like this for ages….

What? I’m actually posting this on MONDAY!! Go me :-).

It was the week of gorgeous morning walks…. on days when my arthritis was manageable….

It was the week of Christy’s swimming carnival….

in which she placed last (as expected) but actually swam really well (since she has swam that far in a whole year)….

It was the week my new Enjo supplies turned up and the week I did a full house clean in one day (it’s been over 6 months since I managed that)…..

It was the week of a trip to the vet for Rosie (of course Bailey had to come along in the car) to get a cyst checked (all okay)….

and it was the week I got my Bruce Springsteen ticket in the mail (so excited)….

It was the week I got jealous seeing all the great kids craft you can now buy….

 

and it was the week Christy and I went to the basketball and watched a great win by the Hawks….

It was the week Amy made Valentine’s cookies to take for friends at school…

and the week Christy covered all her school books with her favourite photos….

It was the week of soft pink nails….

then red nails…it’s actually more of pinky red in real life….Love is a Racket – quite appropriate for Valentine’s Day….

It was the week Bailey ended up with gravy on his head after putting his head in the dishwasher…

and the week Rosie spent forever trying to get the last bit of nut butter out of her dish….

Only a day late this week. I would have been on-time (yesterday) but I stuffed up with uploading my photos :-(.

It was the week of  morning walks…

and early morning shadows…

It was the week of friends with matching cossies…

and the week I got very excited when I saw the lovely Valerie Waters on TV….

It was the week I drove to my old Uni to drop Amy off for her school swimming carnival….

and it was the week we got settled into the school routine – a little different this year as we now pick up Christy on the way home….

It was the week Kevin tried (unsuccesfully) to fix a new cover on the i-pad I dropped and broke….

and it was the week Kevin laughed at my set up. Because our internet connection has been so bad I’ve been watching YouTube on my i-pad, which meant I could check blogs at same time on my laptop….

It was the week of enjoying my new phone cover… how cute is it?

and it was the week I very sad when I broke the lid of my favourite teapot ….

It was the week I returned to yoga after a long, long break…. hoping it might help with my arthritis (which is acting up again)…

and it was the week Christy returned to roller skating blading lessons….

It was the week Amy came home with this… a dalek from Dr Who….

on the same day Kevin gave her an early birthday present…. from Dr Who for those not living with a Dr Who fanatic….

It was the week Christy and I enjoyed a breakfast out before school (following an early morning doctors appointment)….

and it was the week of a nail polish delivery…. all bought on sale,of courese….

And it was week of Bailey photos….

It was the week the girls went back to school….can’t believe my baby is in year 6 and off to High School next year….

And it was the week of monofins….

Perfect for my mad about mermaids and H2O Just Add Water girl….

It was the week the Yukon Quest started….yep, another dog sled race I can follow online….

and it was the week we found mushrooms growing in our lawn and veggie garden…

It was the week we packed up the car…

and headed to Sydney for a weekend away to celebrate Kevin’s Birthday (blog post coming soon)…

It was the week I received a new Lust Have It box….

Pretty happy except for the dark skin BB Cream…but I was able to find someone to swap with for a fair skin cream so all is good….

And of course I have some puppy photos to share….
