My therapy
As I um and ah about continuing with scrapbooking I’ve realized it really is my therapy. Making layouts makes me happy. I’ve signed for LOAD512 and I find scrapbooking daily really helps to get my creative side going again. Plus in the class you get a prompt for each day. This is the layout for the day 1 – self portait. I journalled about learning to live with arthritis.
In the last few weeks I’ve also created some VERY simple layouts.
