We had such great weather over the weekend and ended up having two wonderful lunches outside. On Saturday we invited Nan & Pop over for a BBQ.
Amy was kind enough to make this delicious salad. I made a yummy mango dressing to go with it – just mango, greek yoghurt and a dash of sesame oil – all blended together.
Amy also made this fruit platter which we enjoyed with some fresh whipped cream.
Today, Sunday, we had to do a few errands, so decided to have lunch at the Nan Tien Temple.
Such a gorgeous day – we were able to eat outside – veggie meat, veggies and rice – so delicious.
And the cutest soy chai lattes I have ever seen.
