All in all a good days work. Now I can’t wait to get back into my scrapbooking. I’ve still got some fine tuning to do and some drawers to go through but I’m happy with what I got done. I’ve got two online classes coming up and am all organised to be productive and got lots of pages completed.
Well, now that I’ve settled back into routine and had all my “favourite” trip photos printed, I’ve started to spend some time scrapbooking them. Here’s a little sample – won’t bore you with all of them. As you can see it’s being kept simple so I’m still not working on this next year :-).
And one layout from our family day out a few weeks ago.
Okay, with myself, and then the kids, being sick I’ve been managing to do some scrapbooking of late. After doing lots of blue/red layouts it seems I’ve entered the phase of COLOUR….
Most layouts have been scraplifted (copied) but with my muddled brain I’m having trouble remembering where from.
This first was from Jennifers guest post on Ali Edwards’ blog, though I didn’t do any stamping – just used patterned paper.
This was from a Becky Higgins sketch in Creating Keepsakes March 08.
Another sketch from Creating Keepsakes.
I’d absolutely love to go to this weekend Scrapbooking retreat at Port Stephens in November. Now I don’t mind going to these things on my own but I’m not too sure about sharing a room with a TOTAL stranger. So if anyone would like to join me, please let me know.
