It was the week I actually got this post up on time :-).

And it was the week I spent MANY hours every morning watching the Tour de France….

It was the week I finally made my way back into my scrapbook room – working a BIT on my smash book, project life and a scrapbook layout….

 

and it was the week of evidence of a straw delivery for the chickens….

It was the week of just a few walks to the park as I’m STILL battling a sinus infection… and quite frankly I’ve had more than enough…..

And it was the week of a family outing. First for lunch….

and then to the movies….

It was the week of longing for warmer weather so I can get back out for some sunrise walks…

and it was the week of a delivery from Tone It Up….

It was the week I saw this sign on a pub. Bad photo due to zoom on my phone but I thought it was pretty funny.

It was the week of the rarely seen naked nails….

and it was the week of an orange/red polish….

It was the week of lots of girls at our house with both girls having friends to sleep over….

and it was the week of a trip to the dentist and optomotrist for Christy (who we hope has left her glasses as school since she can’t find them!!!!)….

It was the week of very sleepy puppies….

and unfortunately it was the week of this….

Strangely enough he died at the hotel we stayed at in Vancouver so I guess I’ll always have this association when I remember our time there :-(. I was so sad to hear about his death. He seemed like such a nice guy. Drugs are so bad. And death is so final :-(.

Sorry AGAIN for the lack of blog posts. I’ve still been a bit under the weather, the Tour De France has been on, AND it’s school holidays so my routine is totally out of the window. Will try to do better, I promise.

It was the week of exciting moments for the Aussie team – 4 days in the yellow jersey…

and the fastest team….

It was the week I set some goals….

and the week we got some warm weather….

It was the week I had to visit my Granny to help her with her Ipad….

and the week Nan’s trees finally all turned orange…

It was the week Amy left for university 🙂

and the week Christy got a haircut….

It was the week Kevin got back from the States and bought me lots of goodies from Bath & Body Works….

Don’t think we’ll be running out of little hand santizers any time soon….

And it was the week of matching dog positions….

 

It was the week of lots and lots and lots of rain. I’m not kidding, it rained 8 days straight, only clearing up on Sunday….

And it was the week it was also cold enough for me to wear this beanie that I knitted a few years ago….

It was the week of just a few walks but the lake was the highest I’ve ever seen it….

 

which meant it was nice and clean for swimming….

 

It was the week I got these new shoes… after seeing the silver pair on instagram…

And it was the week of the start of the Tour de France… luckily the first two weeks are during school holidays so I don’t have to feel too guilty about the hours spent watching…

It was the week of this cute Google image…

and it was the week the Australian team – Orica Greenedge – got their bus wedged under the finishing line…

It was the week the girls and I went to see Monsters University…

It was the week of green nails…

and grey/purple/taupe nails….

It was the week of snuggly puppies….

and funny puppies….

and puppies on the couch…

and cute puppy feet…

It was the week of some morning walks with the pups…

 

And it was the week I took the plunge and had quite a bit of length taken off my hair….

Luckily I am very happy with the result – my head feels amazingly light….

It was the week I saw the plastic surgeon and was given instruction on how to help my nice zig zag scar…

and it was the week Christy was home sick for the whole entire week. But luckily she was well enough to pose for some puppy photos…..

Christy being home meant it was an odd week. Plus the fact I had to drive Amy to school in the morning (because Kevin is away) meant I had a totally disrupted routine and hence didn’t get much done, nor take many photos.
