No, I didn’t miss last Monday I just never got around to posting it. In fact, I planned out the whole month ahead. Anyway, here’s the plan for this week. I’m also getting back to focusing on eating healthier foods as we’ve been a bit slack the last few weeks and my body is feeling the result of too much junk food.
MONDAY: Pasta with cheese sauce (okay not a real healthy choice but both girls have full-dress rehearsals for dancing this afternoon so it needs to be quick)
TUESDAY: Zucchini Slice (that’s better….)
WEDNESDAY: Honey Soy Noodles with Tofu (new recipe – been awhile since I’ve done one of those)
THURSDAY: Taco Pasta Salad
SATURDAY: From Freezer (having candle party in the afternoon)
SUNDAY: TVP Taco Wraps
