Day 3

Day 3 done and dusted. Felt more like eating today due to being cold, wet and windy. Made some low fat choc muffins for the girls and enjoyed 2 with strawberries for meal 6. Don’t think I’d still be going if doing BFL strictly (I also have lentils/beans/etc as protein not carbs), but by focusing on “eating clean” I can find foods that appeal – hard when it’s cold. Had a good UBW today. Feeling very good and positive and already have more energy.
