Menu Plan Monday


MONDAY – BBQ Soy Sausages and Mashed Potatoes

TUESDAY – Home-made pizza (using Organic sourdough pastry)

WEDNESDAY -Tofu stirfry with boiled rice or udon noodles

THURSDAY – Cherry Tomato(from garden) & Feta Frittata

FRIDAY – Salad with boiled eggs (from our hens)

SAT – Away on holidays……. which means lots of BBQ (and not much cooking for me since I’ll be with my Mum & Dad)
