    Great minds think alike. I got on the scales myself this morning and was horrified. I mean even with a lap band I have managed to put on weight. I want to lose a minimum of 10 kilos this year. Went off for a walk with the dog this morning before we have guests over for an Australia Day lunch. Why do I always decide to diet when it is a holiday or we are entertaining????

  2. You sound very motivated and it sounds like a great program you are on – very organized – I look forward to learning all about it through your blog! I lost 60lbs last year but have gained some back. I would like to lose the 20lbs I have gained back!!! Winters here make me lazy and make me over eat!!
