I’ve been seeing some pretty scary numbers on the scales of late – probably from a combination of lack of exercise and too many treats/snacks. So today I bit the bullet and rejoined Weight Watchers. It really is crunch time. If I can’t get my act together, it’s back to the weight loss surgeon I go.

Hi Libby,
I feel your pain 🙁 I too, even after being to the weight loss surgeon am now slowly putting on weight again. I can’t believe it. I really thought I had found the solution but it is all started again. I am just so sick of having to think about everything I put in my mouth. What surgery did you have? How long did it work?
Good luck. I am behind you all the way!!
Lisa
I feel your pain Libby…I am right there with you! OK, must make an effort to get back on track and we can cheer each other on. I am aiming for fit@50, so I have 16 months to get in shape (as well as freaking out about actually turning 50 LOL)
You can do it Libby!
