The week that was

It always amazes me when I come to write this post each Monday that yet another whole week has gone by. So scary how quickly time goes. I mean, it’s Spring now here in Australia…

which means it was the week for the first swim of the season…

It was also the week the flowers all bloomed….

It was the week I paid Amy $20 to weed the veggie garden… and it was worth EVERY penny…

Jasmine helped with the weeding and Rosie played Mum….

It was the week we booked a weeks holiday to Fiji for Christmas with my parents….so excited….

It was the week Amy made cookies to take to school….

IMG_4877.JPG

and pizza for dinner….

IMG_4892.JPG

It was the week I made this delicious Pinenut salad…definitely a keeper recipe….

and popcorn…

IMG_4878.JPG

and a not-so-attractive-but-very-yummy vegetable omelet….

It was the week of some sunrise walks…

IMG_4838.JPG

and the week Amy made a cell for Science out of chocolate and lollies (the first one of jelly was a flop…literally)

It was the week we celebrated Fathers Day…

and found puppies sleeping…

  1. Libby, you’re looking fantastic! You have inspired me to take more photos for my own blog, yours are so lovely. The pinenut salad and omelette look delish. I love colourful food! xx

  2. Great post Libby. I agree the weeks are flying by. We have thought about going to Fiji. I’ll be interested to get all your tips! Your flowers are beautiful, as are all your family.
