On Sunday we celebrated Father’s Day.
Christy got this thermal mug for Kevin.
And from the family he got a huge jar of Walkers shortbread biscuits (we got one for my Dad as well). Not sure why but Bailey wanted to lick the tag.
I also got him some egg poaching things, which meant he got to cook his own breakfast!
Kevin and the girls spent the morning playing World of Warcraft together then we met Nan, Pop and Granny for lunch just down the road.
It was a gorgeous day out and we able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.
I wasn’t a very good photographer and didn’t get a photo of us all together.
Luckily though I got one of Amy and Poppy.
Whenever having lunch here we always have to visit the local birds.
Amy, Kevin and I decided to share 3 meals, starting with bruschetta….
Vegetarian spring rolls…
and pumpkin raviolli….
For desert I had 1/2 of Christy’s scones – which is what she had for lunch!
Back home and more warcraft was enjoyed. It was definitely a lazy, relaxed Father’s Day but I think Kevin (and Poppy) enjoyed themselves.
