Week 12 Post Op



Well, I was pretty excited this morning when I discovered my return to healthy eating and cutting out chocolate has yielded a loss of 2.8kg (6.2lbs) for the week. WOW!!! And the scales showed 100.0kg yesterday and 100.2kg today – so NEARLY under 100. I first started gaining LOTS of weight when I got married just over 15 years. I went from 88kg on my wedding day (5th Dec) to over 100kg by April. And I have never been back under 100kg since then so it’s very exciting territory I’m moving into. I still can’t believe. I’m almost like a “normal” person now :-).
