This week started with us arriving back in Australia after a fantastic 3 weeks in the USA. Always love driving back down to Wollongong – not that I managed to capture the view this time…
There was unpacking and finding homes for our new purchases….
There was appreciation for bright blue skies…didn’t see too many of those in Alaska…
There were trees to be admired…they were still mainly green when we left…and have only just started to loose their leaves….
There was french toast…
and green smoothies….
There were rainbows over the lake…
There was a skin biopsy…results back next Friday…
There were loan cars to drive…the first was lovely….
the second not so much….
There was a tricycle ordered, delivered and assembled…
and tested by Kevin. We bought this so I can ride with the dogs WITHOUT fear of being pulled over.
There were improvised desk chairs….
There was washing hung on the clothes line…
There was a photobook started….using Momento for the first time…
There was a 40th Birthday party attended…
for my best friend Leanne…
There was time spent chatting with old school friends…
There were walks enjoyed at the park with the dogs… and my feet didn’t hurt at all :-).
And, as always, there were crazy, silly pups.
Rosie….
and Bailey, who is the world’s strangest dog….
Hi Libby….sounds like you have settled back into the routine….I still am in awe of your trip! so amazing! Thinking good thoughts for you on the biopsy! Love the fall color!!
