Oh boy, I did not realize quite what a big job this would be. Normally I just scan through my clothes and try on a few I’m not sure about. Today I tried on almost everything and was rather ruthless with what I donated. I’ve still got quite a few clothes that are just a little too tight but I wanted to box them up and get out of my wardrobe so I don’t have to see them on a daily basis. Feels good knowing EVERYTHING in there fits and makes me HAPPY!

As you can see it was very tiring for Rosie…

The bags ready to take to the donation center…

Quick post tonight as we’re just back from seeing Avatar – great movie BTW!

I forgot to take a photo of Amy’s bedroom but you saw the after yesterday.

But I did want to share Christy’s room – which took us about 4-5 hours to get organised.

Today I tackled my desk. It’s a constant job since I spend way too much of the day there. It took me about 6 hours (not the hour that it should have) as I kept on getting sidetracked. Oh, well, I didn’t have much today anyway – too hot to go outside except for a swim.

And the drawers are MUCH emptier…

Top drawer….

Middle drawer…

And bottom drawer…might not look any different but it was full to overflowing…

Over the last two days I’ve had the pleasure of cleaning the kitchen – I did all the lower cupboard and drawers and wiped down all the doors, even doing my least favourite job of cleaning the kickboards and floor by hand!

Under the sink got a bit of a re-organise…

As did the corner cupboard (but I forgot to get a before photo)….

And some of the other drawers…

Feels good to have it done…

I celebrated by buying some new chopping boards – made from bamboo…
