Tuesday Morning

Monday went pretty well. I was rather hungry though – not sure if it was doing cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning (not my normal routine) or it was carryover from free day or it was just one of those days. I managed to make it through okay but it was the first day in a long time I’d felt like that. Okay, where I’d like to be at the end of this challenge. This is where I have a lot of trouble. Having been overweight so all my adult life I have trouble imagining myself thinner. I would like to lose around 20lbs and be a size smaller in clothing. I know part of my problem has always been the amount of weight I have to lose
