Well, it’s life back to normal. Most of the washing is done and things unpacked and put away. Today I need to get some groceries (I gave the fridge a top to toe clean yesterday as it was nearly empty), do a bit of downstairs cleaning (Thanks to Mum I can home to a clean and tidy hose so I won’t need to do a full clean – I’ll just do things I can see that need done), some ironing, then I NEED to do some scrapbooking.
Here’s this weeks menu plan. Pretty easy – next week I’ll get back to trying some new recipes.

TUESDAY : From Freezer (girls have school disco)
WEDNESDAY : Mandarin Soy Fillets & Rice
THURSDAY : Bean Patties
FRIDAY : Veggie Curry and Rice
SATURDAY : Vegetable Pies
SUNDAY : MOTHER”S DAY LUNCH for 7 (plus Kevin, Christy & Me – who don’t eat much)
– Pasta with Pumpkin Sauce
– Lentil Shephards Pie
– Risoni with Vegetables
– Asian Noodle Salad
– Hot Bread Rolls with butter & garlic butter
